Are your wigs heat-resistant?
Our human hair wigs can be styled with heat tools, while synthetic wigs have limited heat resistance. Please check the product description before styling.
How do I care for my wig?
Use a gentle shampoo and conditioner, avoid excessive heat, and store your wig on a wig stand to maintain its shape and longevity.
Do you offer international shipping?
es! We ship worldwide, and delivery times may vary based on location. Additional customs fees or import duties may apply.
Can I return or exchange my wig?
yes, we accept returns on unworn and unused wigs within 14 days of delivery. Worn, washed, or altered wigs cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping: 7-14 business days (free)
Express shipping: 3-7 business days (additional charges apply)
Do you offer custom-made wigs?
At the moment, we do not offer custom wigs, but we have a wide variety of ready-to-wear styles to choose from.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
