At Estelle Wigs & More, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.

🛍️ Returns & Exchange Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging (including tags and protective net).
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, wigs that have been worn, washed, or altered (cut, dyed, or styled) are non-returnable.
  • Custom-made wigs and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

🔄 Return Process

1️⃣ Contact us at estellewigs.com with your order number and reason for return.
2️⃣ Our team will provide return instructions and a return address.
3️⃣ Ship the item back at your own expense (unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part).
4️⃣ Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

❌ Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no extra cost.
